• The Astrolabe was released along with the Leap Year Dragon on February 27, 2012.
  • The Astrolabe expired from the market on March 2, 2012.
• On December 18, 2012, the Astrolabe, and all other expired limited dragons and decorations, returned to the market as part of the "Bring 'Em Back" event.
  • The event was scheduled to end on January 2, 2013, but was extended; the expired limited dragons and decorations left on January 14, 2013.
• Beginning February 29, 2012, the Astrolabe had a light glow added to it to reflect the extra day of the month.
• The Astrolabe does NOT increase your chances of breeding a Leap Year Dragon.
• Dalfgan rearranged is Gandalf - a wizard from The Lord of the Rings series.
