Two birds with one stone: using hybrids to level up your shrines[]
If you want a cheaper & faster way of leveling up the shrines, level up hybrids. Example: I leveled a poison dragon to 10 & added 1 of the 50 dragns needed with Plant & Fire Shrines. I wish I knew this sooner. I've already leveled 30+ plant dragons for the plant shrine. I could have been leveling up hybrids & having it go twice as fast & have it be twice as cheap too.

Okay, this may be too obvious for a post, but you can go even more efficiently, if you level up dragons that are hybrids of three or four elements, e.g., Bloom (lightening, cold, plant) or Panlong (water, fire, plant, earth) or Paper (fire, plant, earth, cold). Looking at others' parks, most people get stuck trying to level up metal and lightening (when I say stuck, I mean that those are the last two shrines to reach gold). You can always cheat by using gems, but I find the challenge fun. Tip: breed Magnetic dragons. They are a lightening/metal hybrid that take only 4 hours to breed, plus you can sell all the extras for 1,150,0000 DC, which is a good price for dragons that you are breeding solo to turn a shrine gold. 70.226.172.181 16:00, May 14, 2013 (UTC)talk:policywonkie
