The Clover Dragon can be bred by breeding a Moss Dragon and a Plant or plant hybrid dragon, in either order, at the Breeding Cave/Epic Breeding Island.

As a rule of thumb, dragons can be bred while they are in the marketplace. You may do better to buy clover though - it is relatively affordabl... -
Oh and having two blooms is very handy for breeding up dragons for silver and gold shrines if that is of interest to you.
