I saw you made an edit that the Ruby Dragon is available at Level 13. According to the Dragonarium, It said that it is since it comes in between Quake and Scorch by availability. Is there a notification or something that says 13 or is it Level 12?
Just one thing: between Thursday evening and Friday morning I may not be able to answer questions, so it may take more than 24 hours for me to answer. Is it okay, or will it result in a cancellation of the upcoming vote?

It was fun to breed dragons, hatch them, collect dragoncash, collect treats, feed the dragons and see them level up. I never got bored of DragonVale. It was always fun to play, because of the all the dragons that were released so often. But when I got more and more dragons, the app took up more and more space on my phone, and lastly I had to uninstall DragonVale.
You deleted it? if the game takes up too much space what you should do is delete it, then reinstall that gets rid of all the update files that lurk around after you update the game. This frees up a lot of space.
But if I re-install it, my park is at level one again.
Are you using Android? Is there no way you can back up the game data? Forgive me for speaking out about this when I had no idea of the situation. My bad :P
I opened DragonVale, and got a message that said: "It seems like a wizard's spell went wonky in your park. Please reload while we try to handle this. We have been notified about the problem." Then a restarted my phone. I opened DragonVale again, and the tutorial started and I was at level 1. It's really annoying! :(
