Game Description
River dragons live on land but spend much of their time in the water. Their boundless energy and constant frolicking cause river dragon scales to fray at the edge, giving them the look of fur. Often found near the Ami'Lya Pond, their splashing creates something akin to a melody; they will occasionally dance to this river song.

Breeding

The River Dragon can be bred by using any two dragons, in either order, containing the Water and Earth elements at any Breeding Cave.

Possible References

  • The Game Description includes several references to the BBC show "Doctor Who": "Amy Pond (Amelia Pond)", "River Song" and "Melody" are all characters in the modern version of the series.
    • The quest for the River Dragon is called "Ami'Lya's Adventure" which may be referencing the relationship between Amelia Pond and River Song from Doctor Who.
  • The quest reward screen says "River dragons are always playing. I don't think there's any power in the universe that could stop them." This is a reference to the Joss Whedon show Firefly, in which the character River Tam boasts, "No power in the 'verse can stop me."
  • The River Dragon's design appears to be based on an otter.
