  • The name of the Stygian Dragon may be a reference to the river Styx that separates the Earth from the Underworld in Greek Mythology and religion.
    • The Stygian Dragon's goal message says "Probably best not to follow this dragon across a river." This may be a reference to the dead having to cross the river in order to get to the underworld.
