10/19/11 New Bone Dragon[]
OK, so I got the update about two hours ago and started trying to breed, I bred, each of the fire types with earth and no luck. Then I started breeding earth dragon with the fire types, when I got down to Earth + Flower I was successful on first try of that combo. The Bone egg is same as Lava egg and the time is also 10 hours.

10/12/11 About my NEW EASY GUIDE RESULTS BLOG[]
I will continue my this breeding results blog with type by type tables. But after some suggestions I decided to make a blog that may be easier for some to find the info they are looking for. Each table with be dedicated to how to get one Particular Dragon only. I will continue to add to them as I get more results.

'10/10/11 'HOT OFF THE PRESSES!!! I CAN CONFIRM SECRET DRAGON "SANDSTORM". []
According to Backflip Studios from time to time they will add secret dragons. They are not available in the purchase eggs section, not even after you discover them. You must breed them.
I just bred a Sandstorm, I will be adding it here and adding it to all other pages. It's elements are Air and Earth, it looks like an Air dragon that is earth tones in color. It has a 2 hour incubation time.
On top of all this I just turned level 19, so what a nice surprise.

Well as of today, all of my breeding dragons are level 10. With the exception of the elusive Rainbow Dragon, I have a level 10 dragon of every other kind. I am currently level 18 half way to 19. These upper levels (from 17 up) seem to take forever to go up to the next level. As it looks Lady Luck just doesn't like me, ROFL, she hasn't seen fit to bless me yet with a Rainbow Dragon. But I will not stress on it, it will come sooner or later. LOL On the other hand I'd like to congratulate my friend alteredfrog on finally getting his Rainbow Dragon. He is level 19 almost 20 and has been at this since the start of DragonVale and finally just got his Rainbow. In case anyone hasn't noticed I've added more tables below of results. The fire table is almost complete now. Any one have a suggestion of what Dragon I should focus on next? I've done: plant, earth, fire, fog, scorch and then some random breedings. What would you all like to see next? Please comment below and let me know.

I've been asked so many times, "How do you get a Rainbow Dragon?" or told, "This pair is certain to get Rainbow Dragon!" Well, I took one pairing that I have been told by over 20 people is "guaranteed" to work. They each said took about 10 tries for it to work. I did a little experiment, I took that pair (Lava + Swamp) and did it 20 times in a row. Guess what.... It didn't work for me. There is no guarantee, no best pair, etc... There is only try and try again and hope for the best. What worked for someone once, isn't necessarily going to work for anyone else or even work for that person again. It is TRUELY RANDOM, as I have suspected there really is no "Certain Way" to get Rainbow! It's like going to Vegas and playing the roulette wheel, you pick a pair and you Gamble and hope Lady Luck is on your side! Well, I'm up to over 400 breedings, so I figure there is no reason to Stress out on getting Rainbow. LOL In the meantime I'll just keep crossing my fingers, and spinning the wheel of Fate and hoping Lady Luck will smile down on me one of these days. ROFL

As of today 9/30/2011: I am level 18, all of my breeding dragons are level 8 or above, I have all but the Rainbow dragon now, including the 3 new ones from the update.
Though the breeding is a percentage and random thing, I am going to make a chart of all my results and add to it when things change. I hope this helps others in their breeding adventures and it will help me keep track of what I've already tried. While sometimes it makes a difference and sometimes it doesn't, I am specifying which dragon was 1st and 2nd and making sure to try it both ways to see the outcome.
